A non refundable £15 deposit is required to secure your booking, deducted from your final balance on the day.
10 min grace period. 10 to 20 mins late incurs an extra £10. After 30 mins your appointment is cancelled and a 50% fee applies.
24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24hrs is a 50% charge. No shows mean immediate blacklist.
Remaining balance paid on the day by Cash or Bank Transfer. Out of hours slots (before 11am or from 6pm) are +£10.
